All started with a conversation over zoom, Sarah asked all the right questions and understood exactly what I was trying to describe. She had loads of ideas and suggestions. The whole process went smoothly and stuck to the time scale, with Sarah sending various sketches and photos of gemstones for me to choose from. Once decided on a design she then sent a 3d image which was so cool. The ring arrived in lovely packaging right on schedule and it looked unreal, better then I could have ever hoped or imagined for.
